Refund & Cancellation Policy
At POP Galore LLC, we take pride in creating custom, high-quality balloon decor for your special events. Because our services involve custom-ordered materials and dedicated time slots that prevent us from taking other bookings, we adhere to the following policy regarding refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling.
1. Non-Refundable Security Deposit
To secure your event date on our calendar, a non-refundable security deposit is required at the time of booking.
This deposit is used to cover administrative costs, custom design time, and the procurement of specialized professional-grade balloons and supplies for your specific event. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
2. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing as soon as possible.
Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the event: You will receive a refund of any balance paid beyond the initial non-refundable security deposit.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the event: All payments made are non-refundable. At this stage, your custom materials have been prepped and other client inquiries for your date have been declined.
3. Rescheduling Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to postpone your event:
Notice Required: We require at least 7 days' notice to move your booking to a new date.
Availability: Rescheduling is subject to POP Galore LLC’s availability.
Validity: The non-refundable deposit may be applied to a new date within six (6) months of the original event date. If we are unavailable on your requested new date, the standard cancellation policy applies.
Limit: We allow one (1) complimentary reschedule. Subsequent rescheduling may incur a convenience fee.
4. Inclement Weather & Outdoor Installations
Balloon decor is sensitive to extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, rain, and wind.
Outdoor Risks: While we use professional-grade materials, we cannot guarantee the lifespan of balloons used outdoors.
No Weather Refunds: No refunds will be issued due to inclement weather. We strongly advise having an indoor "Plan B" for your installation. If weather conditions (such as high winds) make an installation unsafe for our team, we reserve the right to decline the setup without a refund.
5. Product Care & Liability
Once POP Galore LLC has completed the installation and left the premises, the client assumes responsibility for the care of the decor.
Ownership of Materials: All balloon decorations—including balloons, frames, stands, base plates, and internal structural hardware—remain the sole property of POP Galore LLC. These items are provided on a rental basis for the duration of the event unless specifically stated otherwise in your service agreement.
Equipment Return/Strike: Unless a "Strike Service" (professional teardown) is purchased, the client is responsible for ensuring all frames and hardware are available for pickup at the agreed-upon time. Any missing, stolen, or damaged equipment will result in a replacement fee charged to the payment method on file.
Fragile Nature: Balloons are temporary and fragile. We are not responsible for popping, deflation, or damage caused by guests, pets, sharp objects, or environmental factors (such as hot light bulbs or rough surfaces) after the installation is complete.
Safety Warning: Please ensure children are supervised around balloon decor. Popped balloons can be a choking hazard, and heavy equipment (stands/frames) should not be moved or climbed on.
